1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference), and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lucky Day (operated by Curiobox AI, referred to as "we," "us," or "our").

If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

2.1 What Lucky Day Provides

Lucky Day is a BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny / Chinese Astrology) fortune-telling application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized destiny analyses based on traditional Chinese metaphysics principles.

2.2 Service Availability

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
• We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• We may temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility and Account

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services in most jurisdictions, or 16 years of age if you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA).

3.2 Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information;
• Keep your login credentials confidential;
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

The App is currently offered entirely free of charge. We do NOT offer paid subscriptions, in-app purchases, premium tiers, or third-party advertisements at this time.

If we introduce paid features in the future, they will be processed exclusively through Apple's App Store in-app purchase system (or the applicable platform's official billing mechanism) and will be governed by that platform's then-current terms, including its auto-renewal and refund policies.

The Services and their entire contents — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, algorithms, and overall "look and feel" — are owned by Lucky Day and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Services. This license does not include:

• The right to modify, copy, distribute, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services;
• The right to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Services;
• The right to create derivative works based on the Services.

"Lucky Day," "Curiobox AI," our logos, and all related names are trademarks of Lucky Day or its affiliates.

7. Entertainment-Only Disclaimer

(a) Not Professional Advice. The Services do NOT render psychological counseling, health or medical advice, financial planning, investment guidance, legal counsel, career coaching, relationship therapy, or any other form of professional advice.

(b) No Guaranteed Accuracy. We do NOT warrant that any analysis, prediction, reading, or assessment generated by the Services is accurate, complete, reliable, or valid. BaZi interpretations vary among practitioners and schools of thought. The AI-generated insights are algorithmic interpretations and inherently probabilistic.

(c) Personal Responsibility. ANY RELIANCE YOU PLACE ON INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES IS STRICTLY AT YOUR OWN SOLE RISK AND DISCRETION. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content from the Services.

(d) AI-Generated Content. Certain features utilize artificial intelligence and large language models. AI-generated content is produced algorithmically and is not equivalent to human judgment or professional consultation. By using AI-powered features, you accept the inherent limitations and uncertainties of such content.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lucky Day, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any rights of a third party;
• Any content you submit through the Services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The Services are operated, and your data is stored on servers located, in Singapore.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Singapore.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Services at any time. You may delete your account via the in-app deletion process (Profile > Settings > Delete Account) or by contacting us at [email protected].

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, extended inactivity, harmful conduct, or legal/regulatory requirements.

Upon termination, provisions that should survive (intellectual property, disclaimer, indemnification, governing law) remain in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice via in-app notification or email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
